is updated each Wednesday. ------ Q2. What software do I need to view the video clips? A2. Our clips are all in real player format and require real player to view them. Real player is FREE and can be downloaded from www.realplayer.com ------ Q3. I get error messages when using real player to view your movie clips. A3. Save the clip directly to your hard drive. RIGHT CLICK on the movie link and select SAVE TARGET AS. Save the file to your hard drive. Once the download is complete you should have no problem playing the clip from your hard drive. ------ Q4. The site doesn't load properly, I see menus with no options. What is the problem? A4. You are probably running Norton Security. You will need to DISABLE Norton Security OR CREATE A PROFILE in Norton Security for the Twink Academy site. Once you have done either of these you will need to clear your browser history and temporary internet files before attempting to load the site again.
